We hired Micah Setnik Construction to build a two-story outbuilding on our property.  We started in the middle of winter rains and it did not impact the crew at all – they showed up in their "foul weather gear" and we had a fully framed building in jaw-dropping time.  We were using milled wood, which is not the easiest thing to work with and some contractors don't like at all; Micah was enthused by the possibility and used the wood in fun ways that added to the design.  The building is overbuilt and so structurally sound that he joked one could potentially drive a car onto the second floor.  Even though we'd had plans, we decided to make a substantial change to the structure mid-way and he worked very flexibly within those parameters – even as they shifted.  There was a serious delay with a few ordered windows, and he worked around that without much of a blink.  We chose a steel siding that also needed some finesse, and he and his crew installed that beautifully.  We were so pleased we had him build another smaller outbuilding at the same time, which we chose to do completely green and eco-friendly.  Micah was very conscientious and was always there when he said he'd be, he had good advice and added a lot of both practical construction and design expertise to our project, and was very sensitive to another need of ours: costs of construction.  Plus he was a joy to work with and have on the property.  We are very happy we hired him, and now have a stunning, very eye-catching and contemporary red building situated contrastingly against the green woods.  We are very proud of the building and get a lot of compliments from visitors.
